Deposit/Balance

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT required to book. For large parties, i.e. wedding parties, a 50% deposit is required. For individuals, a deposit of $25 to secure and confirm your appointment that will be credited towards the remaining balance of the total service fee. Deposits must be made within 24 hours of booking to secure procedure date. Without a deposit, the date will not be secure. After the deposit has been made, the remaining balance must be due in cash or via Zelle, on the day of your appointment. Deposits are not transferable.

All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.
We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.

Rescheduling
​
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 72 hours in advance. Less than 72 hours will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If you are feeling sick within 72 hours, we ask you please reschedule and provide us with a doctor’s note so we can transfer your deposit. You are only allowed a one time transferable reschedule deposit within 72 hours, after that, an additional non refundable deposit will be required to reschedule. Reschedules can only be used within a 2-month period. All appointments are based off of current availability and pricing. *Prices subject to change any time.
Tardiness

Please contact me immediately if you are going to be late. Tardiness beyond 20 minutes of your appointment will be considered a no show and will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please plan accordingly with traffic, parking and any issues that may arise. This rule will be strictly enforced. Tardiness pushes back all the day’s appointments, which is unfair to your artist and to other clients. Please be considerate of everyone’s time.
Guests

Guests are not permitted in the service area, but are welcome to sit in one of the designated lounge areas. Please no more than 1 guest. No kids under the age of 18.
Important COVID-19 policy updates
​
Personal Protective Masks must be worn in order to enter our facility. Masks must be worn at all times during your appointment. We are limiting the use of our space to our Artists and Clients ONLY- Please refrain from bringing guests, as they will not be permitted within the facility. If you are experiencing symptoms within 48 hours of your appointment please inform us IMMEDIATELY – no penalty will be issued for last minute reschedules associated with COVID-19. Due to the unpredictable nature of COVID-19 appointments may be subject to rescheduling. In the event of mandated closure, deposits will not be reimbursed and a new appointment date will be provided instead.
Your safety is our priority. If you have any medical issues that you feel might be a concern, we suggest you receive clearance from your physician prior to booking any procedures. A doctor’s note will need to be provided.
